How we help a BFSI major to improve sales
Hi-Pot Analytics
Our global manufacturing client assigned us to conduct employee engagement survey, as a proactive stance to assess employee experience (eX). Our client believes that a productive employee equates to a productive and happy organization. The challenge is to move away from the traditional cross-tab summaries but to identify which employee clusters are unique and needed intervention to improve eX.
We deployed Applyπ Survey Suite. As values were in a scale format, neither heuristic assumptions were made by means of random weights nor of any numeric values. This ensures that the survey outcome was made without any bias by the analysts.
Our Applyπ Survey Suite leveraged multivariate analytical models (MAM). We analysed 11 Components, 57 questions, and 2,500+ responses. MAM helped to identify statistically valid outcome and created an Opinion Radar.
The statistically segmented clusters left no space for heuristic assumptions. With demarcated clusters based on affinity models, the client was given an Opinion Radar, Key Action Areas to Bring in Consensus and Top Attributes to Focus. We provided Dimensions of Engagement Drivers with Key Action Areas. Our follow-up roadmap with Implementation Guideposts resulted in improving eX by 18% in a period of Six Months.
